Villa Dol is a beautiful complex in the heart of Hvar Island. The villa spreads over 280m2 and consists of three authentic Dalmatian stone houses joined into one unit.
This complex is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and lies on the outskirts of Dol Village, two miles from Stari Grad and a 20-minute drive from the buzzing town of Hvar.
The villa has five bedrooms spread across the three houses. One bedroom is on the ground floor and three are on the first floor of the main building. The fifth bedroom is in the adjacent, smaller house, which has its own entrance and is connected to the main building via a terrace.
The villa has four bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining and living room, two upstairs terraces, and one ground-floor terrace with an outside dining area and swimming pool. The main terrace is surrounded by a high stone wall, allowing complete privacy.
