This  fascinating villa is located in the idyllic village of Vrboska, with a stone beach in front and a pebble beach some 20 meters away. Easy walk along the sea takes you to the main beach yet if you head in the other direction, after some 800 meters you'll reach the center of Vrboska town.

The original house was designed by the famous Croatian architect Kazimir Ostrogović, also known for the design of Josip Broz Tito's residence in Zagreb. The Villa was fully refurbished and redesigned by Oskar Fleischer in 2016 when upon the foundations of the old stone house rose the imposing timeless beauty as you see it today. Sun-blessed cinematic views greet you everywhere. Yet in numbers, Villa Poseidon covers area of 1000 sqm. This includes 250 sqm of interior space, 55 sqm of a covered terrace and 100sqm of an open terrace area, 2 balconies, each 13sqm size and an infinity pool 30sqm size. 

As you approach the villa, you will first reach the garage, serving mainly as a storage room, holding a kayak and seven moutnain bikes to enhance your stay. The three covered parking spaces are right next to it. From here, eleven stairs take you to the terrace and the main entrance to the villa. The terrace consist of a covered area, allowing comfortable al fresco dining for ten guests, and the additional uncovered area which embraces ten sun lounges poising around the cresent shaped heated swimming pool. 

Crossing the terrace, you will reach the main entrance and as the ground floor opens up before you, on the left hand side you will see three doors. One of them is taking you into a bedroom with two single beds, the second one to a shower room while the third one hides a utility room. Standing at the door, on the right hand side, the vast expanse of the living area unflods before you. The living area occupies majority of the ground floor and it encompasses an open plan, fully equipped, kitchen, a dining room and a living room. Black leather designer sofa, oak furniture and stone walls with a fire place as the focal point all add to the calmness of the interiors, while the double height windows in the dining area allow wonderfully exciting yet calming sea views and even more sense of space and light.

Seventeen floating stairs take you to the first floor and three double bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite yet only one room is truly a master bedroom. Two smaller bedrooms, each with a matrimonial bed and aproximatly 21 sqm in size, have their own balocnies and an en-suite with a shower. The master bedroom however covers 34 sqm, has a south facing balony and two french windows allowing heaps of light and unlimited views of the bay. The focal point of the room is a free standing bath that can be secluded with a curtain, if you wish, or othervise just enjoy the views.
