This trip will give you
- Dubrovnik's most celebrated sights, restaurants and galleries at hand
- Fabulous retreat, peace and quiet in the serenty of your private garden to enjoy the quality time with your family, or friends
Step into another world of glorious sunshine, stunning sea views and relaxed living at Villa Orti. Perched on a hillside overlooking the Adriatic, this enchanting luxury vacation rental is spread out over a main house and two guest houses on terraced private grounds, just a short walk from Old Town Dubrovnik and the beach. Seven suite-style bedrooms in newly renovated interiors are ideal for an event like a family reunion or destination wedding, a business retreat or a holiday with friends.
Villa Orti seamlessly pairs traditional features with modern comforts. The sun-dappled, tree-lined grounds include beautiful gardens, a bocce court, a pool surrounded by tempting lounge chairs, and even a sauna. Try out local dishes on the wood-fired grill or in the konoba, a classic Croatian outdoor kitchen, and serve them at one of the al-fresco dining areas. If you'd rather leave it to the chefs, the villa has a professional kitchen as well as an elevator, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The pairing of the traditional with the contemporary continues inside the villa, where restored 19th-century architecture now houses sleek 21st-century pieces. Intimate, light-filled rooms, many of which still have their original beamed ceilings, are inviting places to sit down with a book or catch up with fellow guests. The living room takes inspiration from the oceanfront setting with vibrant turquoise and blue upholstery, while the dining room's pale wood feels slightly Scandinavian—and very chic. In addition to the professional kitchen, there's a fully equipped eat-in kitchen.
There are four bedrooms in the main house at Villa Orti, one in the first guest house and two in the second guest house, all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. A private entrance and kitchen in the second guest house mean it could be used as your own tucked-away honeymoon suite on the Dubrovnik Riviera. Several of the bedrooms have vintage decorated ceilings for a visual treat when you lie down on the refined modern beds.
With Old Town Dubrovnik and local favorite Dance Beach both a short walk away, the hardest part of your stay will be deciding what to do each day. Don't miss the medieval fortress of Lovrijenac, a stroll along the ancient city walls (a filming location you may recognize), and the cozy restaurants and boutiques in the city known as the Pearl of the Adriatic. If you'd like to explore further, it's a 20-minute walk from the villa to the city's most popular Banje Beach.
