From the garden you enter a large living room covered in light wood flooring and furnished with leather sofas, designer reclining chairs and hand made bookshelves. The picture perfect view from the sitting room opens onto the enclosed garden. A couple of steps from the living room lead you up to the dining area with a granite flooring, modern dining table, six chairs and a fully equipped white kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a study/bedroom with a guest shower room, and a laundry room.

First floor

An elegant staircase leads to the first floor which comprises of a large double bedroom suite with a king size bed, bathroom and a dressing room. The bedroom has an access onto a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, the ancient Roman palace, harbor and the town. The bedroom has  satellite TV/cinema.

Second floor

The second floor has a master bedroom which opens out onto a stunning terrace with an attractive set of outdoor furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed, satellite TV, and a walk in wardrobe. On On the same floor there is a twin bedroom with its own sea view balcony. The two bedrooms share a very large bathroom, which has a Jacuzzi bath and two shower units.

Outside area

This villa, located in a sought after residential area of Split, has a lovely private garden. Coming out from the sitting room, you walk out onto a paved terrace and a large swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. There is a BBQ and an al-fresco dining area in the garden.
